ADVENTUROUS; Lis is a very adventurous and curious person. She enjoys going out and exploring new places, and learning new things. It can be rather hard to keep her in one place for too long without getting bored. She learns far better by going out and using her hands and actively doing an assignment, rather than sitting down in a room or in the training fields. Her adventurous attitude can sometimes get her into trouble; she has a tendency to go places she shouldn't, sometimes without realizing it, or getting in to things that do not belong to her, all because she wanted to have a look or wanted to inspect something closer.
She can also be seen as absent-minded because of this. Often, Lisc can be caught day dreaming and thinking a little too much. You'll have to constantly make sure that she has your attention before you continue speaking, else she probably won't hear you and you will be ignored completely. Not on purpose, of course. Lisc will feel terrible whenever this happens, and apologize a hundred times over if it does.
BOYISH; Lisc can be a bit of a tomboy when it boils down to it. Being the youngest of four - and her older siblings boys at that - she grew up playing in the mud and getting dirty, and still doesn't mind doing that today. She surely isn't afraid to get into small spaces or getting to things that involve getting dirty in the process. You will often find Lisc covered in scars, scratches, and, if she recently returned from a trip, in mud and dirt. Her clothes are often torn and worn out, but she doesn't mind. And Lisc surely doesn't mind ruffing it up; if she thinks she has to defend herself or someone else physically, she won't hesitate to do so. Although, she will surely feel bad about it afterwards.
KIND; Lisc is a rather kind, outgoing, and friendly person. She just loves meeting new people, and won't hesitate to introduce herself to others if she believes that they will make great friends. She can be a bit straightforward in this, but don't worry; she usually means well. Lisc generally tends to be kind to everyone when they first meet, no matter their looks or attitude towards her. This can often be seen as a bad thing, because not everyone should be given the chance for someone to be nice or kind to them, as well as some people might believe her to be naive what with how she tends to act towards them. This is slightly true While Lisc can be quite naive and child like when it comes to the world around, she does usually know better when it comes to judging people. But she will only do so after she gets to know them first; unlike some people, who judge first and ask questions later. You can't judge a book by its cover, right?
LOYAL; While Lisc knows better than to just make friends with anyone - we can't have her making friends with a serial killer or falling in love with a homicidal manic, now can we? - once you do make friends with her and become really close, this girl can be and is a really loyal and devoted person. She will do anything and everything she can for her friends and family, and will do her best to devote her time to them. Need help with a hard mission? Lisc will be there to help you. Need a shoulder to cry one? Lisc will make sure to bring a towel, just in case.
STRONG WILLED; Lisc is a strong-willed person. It will be hard to keep her from doing the things she wants to do, or things that she feels she needs to do. It can be quite hard to keep her from he goals; as once she sets them, she makes sure that she finishes them one way or another. It can be hard to make her back down from a fight or from defending someone. Lisc was taught to always stand up for herself and others, and to strive for what she wants most in the world, and that is exactly what she will do. Obviously, this can get her into trouble sometimes - and even put her in danger - as well as make enemies from it. But she doesn't seem to mind at all.

history
Lisc is one of the many residents of Woodkeep island that was born and raised here. Both of her parents had moved here in their late twenties, hoping to find a safe and comfortable place to settle down and raise a family. This seemed to work out quite well; Lisc has three older brothers - named, in order, Jona, Arllit, and Donu - and is the only girl born in to the family. The family lived mostly happily - they were of the working class, their mother being a seamstress and their father being a merchant. They got by on what they earned, and they were happy for it.
Now you're probably thinking that because she was the only girl that her parents had, that Lisc's mother treated her like a girl and dressed her up in nice clothing, makeup, and the works. Actually, it was quite the opposite. Lisc got to enjoy running around with her brothers, playing in the mud and pretending to be nights; so long as they were washed up and at home in time for dinner, and didn't cause any mischief or grief to the townspeople, their parents were alright with what they did.
When Lisc was nine, her oldest brother, Jona, was summoned to the beach to watch the dragon eggs hatch and hopefully bond with a dragon. Luck was in his favor - earning himself a red dragon from it. Lisc, as were her other brothers, were quite jealous. Lisc couldn't wait for the time when she could get her own dragon. In the meantime, the young girl went played with her brother's when he could visit. Two years later, it was Arllit's turn to go and hopefully bond with a dragon. Luck was not in his favor; he was one of the few who walked away without a dragon. Instead of waiting around for next year's clutch, Arllit went on to try and find a job to help support his family. Donu followed in the same path as Arllit; hoping to start earning money at an early age so he had enough saved up by the time he turned eighteen to move out.
At age fifteen was when Lisc got her chance. She was called upon when the time was right, and she and her mother followed the same path as Jona. It was rather hard for the girl to keep still or calm; who wouldn't be excited about something like this? As the dragons began to hatch and find their partners, however, Lisc thought that he luck had ran short. As people and dragons alike began to move away, Lisc thought that she should probably just give up and turn down the path that Arllit and Donu had gone - however, as her mother went to help her walk through the sands, she heard a little voice inside her head. Confused, she tried to ask her mother if she had heard it, too, looking for the source of it. Just as her mother responded, Lisc felt a little bump at her leg. There one the sand beside her was a little orange dragon - albeit, it seemed to have part of it's egg shell over it's head, making it hard to see.
Lisc was happy to help, and the dragon who she would later come to call Eiarsa would become great friends. She and Eiarsa were taken to the barracks where the dragon riders stayed after she gather all of her necessary items, and the two have been there ever since; learning as much as they could so they can someday use what they have learned to help someone in need.
