citizen DRAGON;
Anything but red, gold, or bronze.personality
*Mature: At least for her age. She tries to uphold the family values when she can.
*Intelligent: She is willing to learn and grow whenever she can. She loves to fill her mind with knowledge.
*Ambitious: The girl has big dreams for someone so small.
*Modest: Despite being a princess, she doesn't see herself as special.
*Hardy: Madeleine isn't a crybaby. She can pick herself up when she falls, usually. She might be more prone crying than those older than her, but she tries not to come off as a little girl.
-Angsty:She is still learning and growing. Being a child and being a princess sometimes comes into conflict with each other. And with her dad being busy so much of her life, she can be a bit pouty.
-Quirky:Who wasn't when they were 10? On top of still discovering herself and maturing, she tends to have...very defined tastes.
-Stubborn: Maybe she is a bit spoiled. She tries not to show it, but it shows a bit when she doesn't get her way. In these cases, she tends to try to take manners in her own tiny hands.
-Reckless: The girl has an obsession I tell you. First it was bears. Then it was sharks...now its dragons.
-Troublesome: Keeping up with Madeline is a 24 hour job. There isn't enough servants in the world who can keep her out of sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.
history
Madeline Klein, commonly referred to as Maddie (or Madeklein by her family) is the second daughter of the royal family. Being the youngest girl means it is very unlikely that she will ever assume the throne. However, she has become a bit of a mascot for the royal family. Because all of her older siblings stay so busy, she is often left alone and will wander around Woodkeep, talking to citizens. When greeting others, she comes off as the sweetest, most polite and intelligent little girl she can be, however, she has a dark side...
Like most little girls, Maddie was surrounded by toys. Her favorite, however, where the teddy bears. Most children wouldn't think twice about it, but Maddie isn't like most children. She was obsessed with bears. How fluffy and big they are, and their tiny little tails...it never really registered how dangerous they were no matter how many times her family reminded her.
One day, she decided she wanted to go out into the ocean and snuck onto a fishing boat. It was then she got to see how dangerous animals could actually be. Sharks began to stalk around the boat, and when food was dropped into the water, it started a feeding frenzy for the fishermen's entertainment. Of course, they never meant to expose her to something so dark and gruesome as that...but it only pulled Maddie in more. They were so big and powerful! They were king fish, like her daddy and his dragon! But the dragon wasn't as nearly as exciting as a shark, so her impression on dragons was a little dull.
It wasn't until she snuck away to the dragon's quarters and witnessed two riders training their dragons by sparring did her opinion and her final obsession become concrete. Dragons were the best ones. They weren't fluffy like bears and soft-looking like sharks, but they could be nice, smart, and scary. A dragon would make a perfect best (and first) friend for her. She has to get her hands on one...
Since then, she has made it a mission to sneak off to the Dragon's Quarters whenever she can. Often times, it becomes a mini quest for citizens and dragon riders alike to find where she went off to and bring her back safely.
