Josh would open his eyes after drifting off, just for awhile... He'd been staring out the window, just... Thinking.
Dragomir had long brown hair, brilliant brown eyes... A 6'1 muscular frame accompanied the 21 year old Dragon Rider as he looked around. He was in the sort of common area, between the personal quarters of each rider. It was as if he'd been passed into a dream...
It'd been almost four years now, Josh realized. Four years since he had washed up here and had ended up making this place his home. Was it the right choice? He still wasn't sure at times. But he'd served the riders faithfully... And wouldn't give it up for the world. But... He wondered, what if he hadn't? What if he'd just left, instead of bonding with John and going back to his travels? It was a question that burned in his mind.
Since coming here nearly four years ago, Josh had become the warrior he'd dreamed of being. But there was so much more to learn, he knew. Still... He regretted not trying to get to know the other Riders as much as he should have been. I mean... He was close with Selene. They'd been incredibly close since he had washed up here. But something told him that he'd been too quiet around the other denizens of this place, the ones who had been kind to him, for too long...
Was it because it was a strange land to him, perhaps? Or maybe he thought they'd think less of him for not being from here? He wasn't sure. And at the same time... He couldn't help but wonder... What if?
He finally managed to shake it off. Josh had been reflecting all day, as soon as he'd realized how close he was coming to his 4th year here. His 4th year as a Rider... He hoped he hadn't worried anyone. He'd been unusually quiet today, he knew that...
