about. galatea has no idea where she's from. her first memory waking up injured -- her second is of the man who saved her. a pseudo-father of sorts and a blacksmith, he made the helmet that's affixed to the back of her head. she's currently trying to make a living as a seamstress, working in a shop and doing the best she can for herself.
friends. as her guardian was mute, galatea isn't actually all that accustomed to saying more than is absolutely necessary. anyone who could teach/lead her how to do more than just survive in society would be much appreciated -- but friends in general would be fantastic.
enemies. um. i'm not too sure galatea has strong enough feelings about anything to dislike people, but she is very, very easy to take advantage of. fyi.
lovers. galatea is asexual. she holds no desire for physical relationship, but i could definitely see her forming an emotional bond with someone -- be it love or something closer to family is up to you. i would love for her to connect with another person or being, if only because her only significant relationship thus far has been with her now-deceased guardian.

oh my god okay damien has a soft spot for children (especially those who seem fragile and weak) and if he ever met galatea he'd freak out and force her to live with him and his children in the castle okay like YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HE WOULD JUST WANT TO ADOPT HER AND LOVE ON HER FOREVER UGH. also probably because she's missing an eye like he is and he'd feel a special connection with her because of that. so idek. father king damien to the rescue? xD i'm bad at plotting KILL ME NOW

what if galatea said no ahah nah. if he were insistent enough, i don't doubt she'd agree (if only out of confusion). i do think she'd prefer to keep her current job, however, and might end up being more of a voluntary maidservant in the castle than anything. but considering his personality is more outgoing/overwhelming than any she's met before, he could also be a good influence?
and they can (eventually) bond over a non-awareness of an entire side of their body. (there is nothing more frustrating than someone walking in your blind spot when you can't see out of one eye. for real.)

oh he wouldn't shut up about her coming to live with them! xD if anything he'd just give her money or take all his clothes to her and just give her food and make sure her house is fixed up and yadda yadda so she'd got a good life. and YES CAN THEY PLEASE BOND OVER THIS because that's literally the most annoying thing on the planet for damien ROFL

i think she'd eventually question his generosity, though; while she may not be entirely aware of how important a king is, she'd be aware that he's of great import and thus wonder why he's helping her so much. but yes. it'd be rather amusing to have each of them walk on the other's blind side by accident pfft.

I feel like the two of them may share a little friendship bond after a thread or too, as they seem to share similarities. Though I doubt Kian would ever admit his curiousity, he may stalk you around for a bit and that may lead into a meeting of the duo. Given how Galatea is like, I doubt Kian would ever come to disliking her especially if he hears about your history and may think of it as akin to his (because he's a child and he doesn't really sweat the details that much). Anyway hope you're interested in my opinion c:

DAMIEN KLEIN it seems like you're rather flooded with threads at the moment; i don't mind waiting a bit before threading these two. KIAN WIELD i'd love for them to be friends! it makes sense that galatea would be slightly better with children than with adults, if only because she's definitely more child-like in her view of the world. having kian follow her around for a bit sounds like a great idea; she'd definitely treat him nicely or maybe even buy him something to eat if he wanted. they'd make excellent friends.
