welcome to neverland,
Lisc felt it rare these days to have some time off to do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. If she wasn't training with Eiarsa alongside Jona and his dragon, then she was at home visiting her parents. And she usually couldn't do that for long, as Eiarsa always wanted attention from her as well. Not to mention, her dragon was a big baby who she often had to give baths to because he always seemed to get dirty rather easily. If they weren't stuck with each other and if she didn't like to cuddle and take naps with him, she would have tried to spend less time with him doing all of those things. But as it were, she felt as though she had a duty to do such things. But whenever she could, Lisc made sure that she and Eiarsa got out and did fun things; a bored Eiarsa was a rather mischievous Eiarsa, and no one wanted that.
So with that in mind, Lisc decided to have a run at the beach. It was normally grand this time of year, and Eiarsa just loved swimming in the water. While the dragon swam around, twisting and turning and doing various jumps out of the water, his rider was enjoying playing an odd game of hopscotch on the rocks that lined one part of the shore. They seemed to lead somewhere - to a cover, perhaps - but it was getting late; the sun was slowly starting to set over the horizon, making for a beautiful array of colors in the sky. As it were, Lisc did not feel like wandering around someplace like that at night. So tomorrow, perhaps. But for now, she quite enjoyed her personal time. Well, somewhat personal.
"You should come for a swim," said Eiarsa as to settled with simply floating like some sort of sea serpent in the water. "The water is quite relaxing."
Lizc hummed before replying with, "I think I'm good. Besides, I don't have my bathing suit on." Eiarsa huffed, water spraying out of his nose.
"Humans and your clothing," he spat jokingly before disappearing back below the water.
Lisc could only smile. The orange dragon seemed to like to joke a lot like that. But she didn't mind. They were quite a lot alike, as the teen had soon learned. Most people might think that that would be quite annoying, being around someone who was so alike you in many ways. But she enjoyed it. She actually had someone who understood her and her sense of humor, and didn't try to question her on it.
In her thoughts, the young woman did not notice the water being to rise up around her feet as it had been doing for the past hour or so. However, she was never good with balance or motor skills whenever she was thinking, and her feet began to slip up on the wet rocks. Lisc barely had time to let out a short - one that was almost bloodcurdling, in fact - as she splashed down into the water below; disappearing beneath it's surface.
